On the top floor of the Shang building, WTL has crafted a versatile space for iSoftStone, a prominent tech company. Located northwest of Beijing, beyond the bustling city center, iSoftStone sought a dynamic environment that could accommodate various functions. This new space serves as communal working areas, meeting and conference rooms, and venues for social gatherings, all designed to enhance collaboration and creativity. The concept of a satellite ‘clubhouse’ resonated with iSoftStone, aiming to create a supportive atmosphere for their employees. The iSoftStone House embodies a philosophy of natural simplicity and quality living, which significantly influenced the design approach for the entire floor. Utilizing a warm palette of wood, carpet, and soft lighting, the clubhouse exudes a welcoming and familiar ambiance, making it an ideal setting for both work and relaxation. This thoughtful design not only meets the functional needs of the company but also fosters a sense of community among its employees.
