The Academic Evaluation Center (APS), a vital department of the German Embassy in Beijing, serves as the gateway for Chinese students aspiring to pursue academic education in Germany. The design objective was to create an environment that balances seriousness with friendliness, embodying authority while remaining welcoming and calming for students preparing for their tests. The final outcome is a bright and comfortable space, meticulously crafted to meet German standards and built to endure. This thoughtful design not only facilitates a conducive atmosphere for learning but also reflects the commitment of the German educational system to support international students.
