The project was guided by a‍‍‍‍‍‍ clear brief: to create a workspace defined by strong spatial logic, high environmental quality, and a distinct identity that reflects modernity, efficiency, and a people-centred approach to work.

The design concept draws on a quiet duality: the soft, biophilic sensibilities associated with Singapore and the disciplined architectural order inspired by Beijing’s classical urban traditions. 

This interplay establishes the foundation for the project’s material and spatial strategy, where greenery and natural textures are harmoniously balanced with precise layouts, refined detailing, and a calm, structured rhythm.
