苏坦土耳其餐厅
Sultan Bistro

Sultan Bistro, this Turkish restaurant takes “romantic Turkish night” as its core keynote, adopting a color palette of interwoven deep indigo and warm gold to simulate the texture of Turkish cities under the night sky. It not only preserves the quiet romance of the night but also establishes a warm and comfortable dining foundation through soft recessed lighting and the texture of wooden dining tables, balancing ambiance with practicality.

In terms of spatial layout, the warm dining area is naturally integrated with the live band stage. A semi-open stage design is adopted, with sleek metal frames outlining its shape and warm yellow follow spots complementing it. When the band performs, the lights fade and brighten with the rhythm, making the performance an extension of the night atmosphere rather than an obtrusive element. Meanwhile, a casual bar area is embedded at the edge of the dining zone. The bar counter is crafted with the clean lines of modern Turkish urban style, and warm light strips are embedded in the countertop, creating an immersive sense of mild intoxication and meeting the dual needs of dining and light drinking.

The design deeply incorporates classic Eurasian elements: the walls are inlaid with geometric patterns made of traditional Turkish blue ceramic shards, paired with European-style gypsum moldings to define layers; the seats are of modern minimalist style, yet adorned with Turkish hand-embroidered fabrics for detailing. This not only echoes the fashion sense of modern Turkish cities but also connects the integrated characteristics of Eurasian cultures. From visual and auditory senses to the overall experience, the entire space fully initiates a warm and romantic Turkish-style dining journey.
