Boyan, a leading provider of comprehensive digital solutions and IT services, partnered with WTL Design to reimagine their corporate wellness facilities. The project transformed an outdated gym and a neglected sunken courtyard into vibrant spaces that reflect the company’s innovative spirit and care for its employee community.

The design concept is intellectually anchored in Boyan’s brand identity, drawing inspiration from the iconic “cube.” This motif is expressed through a dynamic architectural interplay of forms, visually articulating a narrative of unity, cohesion, and structured innovation.

Internally, the new gym is a beacon of energy. Bathed in bright, invigorating light and accented with a vibrant color palette, the space is designed to highlight vitality and promote physical well-being.

Externally, the sunken courtyard was reborn as a multi-sensory retreat. A curated landscape of tactile plants and calming greenery engages the senses of sight, sound, smell, and touch to alleviate stress and restore focus. This purposeful connection to nature leverages the proven positive influence of natural environments on human well-being, offering a serene counterpoint to the digital world.

The completed spaces stand as a testament to how intentional design can foster health, collaboration, and a profound sense of community within the workplace.
