The project was guided by a singular vision: to create an exceptional workplace that prioritizes the quality of the working environment and fosters meaningful interactions among employees. To achieve this, the design harnessed the power of natural light, crafting a spacious and airy layout with ample desk space, wide aisles, and the use of natural materials to evoke warmth and authenticity.

The office was designed to emphasize connectivity and collaboration. Working areas are seamlessly linked through a network of secondary corridors, which also serve as dynamic hubs for interaction. These corridors feature small breakout corners, private telephone rooms, and a variety of flexible seating options—from high benches to dedicated focus booths—catering to diverse work styles and needs. The result is a workspace that not only embodies Scania’s Scandinavian principles but also cultivates an environment of innovation,productivity, and shared purpose.
