Germans are known for their efficiency. Allianz, the biggest insurance company in Germany, exemplifies that concept. So it was no surprise that mitigating risk was key to this project. A very detailed and specific brief enabled us to nail the effective and practical layout in just two rounds. The interior design is kept conservative and sober, but not without being modern at the same time and introducing some color in the right spots. The finished product is a pragmatic yet comfortable office – partly due to the extensive use of plants that lends a cozy and natural feel.
